  • Download the Excel template to see the required format
  • Fill in the institutional income data following the template structure
  • Ensure all required fields are filled (marked with *)
  • Staff, Faculty, and Department names must match existing records
  • File size should not exceed 10MB
  • Supported formats: .xlsx, .xls, .csv

Required Fields in Excel:
  • income_source - Source of income
  • project_title - Title of the project
  • project_description - Project description
  • funding_organization - Funding organization
  • total_amount - Total funding amount
  • principal_investigator_first_name - PI first name
  • principal_investigator_last_name - PI last name
  • faculty_name - Faculty name (must exist)
  • department_name - Department name (must exist)
  • start_date - Project start date (YYYY-MM-DD)
  • end_date - Project end date (YYYY-MM-DD) - Optional
  • status - Active, Completed, etc. - Optional
