Required Fields in Excel:
  • registration_number - Student registration number
  • student_name - Student's full name
  • department - Student's department
  • faculty - Student's faculty
  • gender - Male, Female, or Other
  • country - Student's country
  • family_income_level - Low Income, Lower Middle Income, etc.
  • nature_of_counselling - Job Search, Career Planning, etc.
  • counselling_date - Date of counselling (YYYY-MM-DD)
  • jobs_targeted - Jobs or career paths discussed
  • counsellor_name - Name of the counsellor
  • counselling_status - Completed, Ongoing, etc.
  • counselling_duration - Duration in minutes (optional)
  • counsellor_department - Counsellor's department (optional)
  • follow_up_date - Follow-up date (optional)
  • counselling_outcomes - Outcomes and recommendations (optional)
  • resources_provided - Resources provided (optional)
  • evidence_weblink - URL to evidence (optional)
Optional Fields:
  • counselling_duration - Duration in minutes
  • counsellor_department - Counsellor's department
