Import Instructions
  • Download the Excel template to see the required format
  • Fill in the APD activity data following the template structure
  • Ensure all required fields are filled (marked with *)
  • Staff names must match existing records
  • File size should not exceed 10MB
  • Supported formats: .xlsx, .xls, .csv

Required Fields in Excel:
  • activity_name - Name of the activity
  • activity_type - Type of activity (Workshop, Conference, etc.)
  • description - Detailed description
  • start_date - Start date (YYYY-MM-DD)
  • staff_first_name - Staff member's first name
  • staff_last_name - Staff member's last name
  • end_date - End date (YYYY-MM-DD) - Optional
  • location - Activity location - Optional
  • organizer - Organizing body - Optional
  • attendance_type - Physical, Virtual, Hybrid - Optional
  • is_completed - True/False - Optional
